Lalu Wetland

Having an average altitude of 3645 meters, the Lalu Wetland National Nature Reserve has covers a total area of 6.2 square kilometers and typical of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau wetland.

The humid climate and lush plants of Lalu Wetland National Nature Reserve is very unusual. It attracts large numbers of Red duck, Yellow Duck, Tibet Leg Sand Chicken, Bar-headed Geese, Brown-headed Gulls, Hoopoe, Skylark Braun, Black-necked Cranes and other wild birds. There are unique aquatic and semi-aquatic and grassland plants in the Region.
