Today, we will visit the Stone Forest which is a fantastic natural phenomena, located 90 km southeast of Kunming. The shapes of karst landscape was formed the millions years ago by movement of Earth, also can feel the colorful ethnic minority cultures. After have a lunch, we will visit the Green Lake Park which is located at the center of Kunming. There are a variety of trees, flowers and birds.

Take a cruise on Erhai
In the morning, we will fly to Dali City. Have a rest in the hotel, we will visit the ancient city of Dali which built in the (1382AD). Bai people living here and like to plant flowers so can see every house in their own yard with flowers. After have a lunch we will drive to Erhai Lake where could enjoy a variety of fish and birds. And then we will visit Dali Three Pagodas which were built more than 1,000 years ago. Stored in the pagodas are valued Buddhist scripts and scriptures.

Lijiang Ancient City
In the morning, we will dive to Lijiang City. First we will visit Lijiang Ancient Town which was built 900 years ago and keeps complete ancient building. You have free time to walk around the old city to feeling the ethnic culture. And then we will go to Black dragon Pool which is the water source of Lijiang Ancient Town. Later, we will have lunch at No.8 Lv Xue Zhai Restaurant to taste local food.

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
In the morning, we will visit the Jade Dragon Mountain which is a snow capped mountain with an altitude of 5596 meters above sea level and has 13 peaks of which the highest is 18000 feet above sea level. And continue our tour to visit Baisha village which is one of the Naxi Minority villages in Lijiang. It still maintains the original life customs and keep some more than 1,000 years Buddhist murals.

Naxi Minority
After breakfast, we will drive to visit Tiger Leaping Gorge which is one of the deepest and most marvelous gorges. It’s located in Hutiaoxia Town, 105 kilometers away from Zhongdian/Shangri-La County. Later, we will go to Stone Drum Town to visit the first bent of Yangtze River.

Pudacuo National Park
Today, we will visit the Pudacuo National Park which covers a total area of nearly 2,000 square kilometers. It has an average altitude of 3,500 meters and retains a well-preserved ecosystem within the virgin forests.

Norbulingka
In the morning, we will visit the biggest temple in Tibet -Drepung Monastery which is in west of Lhasa under Mt. Gambo Utse. Built in 1416, it is one of the largest monasteries in the six principle monasteries of Gelu Sect in China which were having 10,000 monks in the past. After have a lunch at local restaurant, we will visit the Norbulingka which was Dalai Lama's summer palace. And then visit Sera Monastery to see debate scriptures by monks. Tips: Every day (except Mondays) at 15:00, there is a debate about Buddhist doctrines among the monks at Sera Monastery. The debating is held in the grounds and is a necessary way of learning sutras and scriptures. Visitors can watch the debate, but it is advised to keep quiet.

Potala Palace
In the morning, we will visit Jokhang Temple which is the first temple in Tibet. Continue our tour to the Barkhor Street which is built about 1,300 years ago. There are a lot of private small Thangka workshops, you could have a see and around the Jokhang Temple. The Barkhor Stree is the most famous commercial street in Lhasa. At the last, we will visit Potala Palac. It is Tibet largest and most beautiful palace which was the winter palace of Dalai Lama.

Yomdrok Lake
After breakfast, we will come to the Yomdrok Lake. There are many small islands in the lake where we can visit the world's highest hydropower station. The lake is also the largest water birds habitat in Tibet. We will have a lunch at local restaurant continue to visit he Palgor Chorten (Palcho Monastery) which lies about 270 kilometers (168 miles) south of Lhasa and 100 (62 miles) east of Shigatse at the foot of Dzong Hill. This temple is very famous for its architectural style, paintings, and Buddhism statues.

Tashilunpo Kloster
In the morning, we will visit Tashilhunpo Monastery which was built in 1 447 by Gyalwa Gendun Drup (1st the Dalai Lama) and is a historically and culturally Important monastery in Tibet. We will see the biggest copper Buddhist statue in the world which is used over 115,000 kg of copper. The building is painted in red and white, stand closely together in terraced rows, also can see many monks read the Scriptures in the building.

What things in China are best suited to children?
There are many things to do with children in China. How to get my Tibet travel permit?

How to avoid altitude sickness.
In general, most healthy people will experience altitude sickness when travel into Tibet for at least two days. People will get sick and headache when in altitude over 3,000 meters (9,843 feet) is usually defined as high altitude. Since most places in Tibet are higher than this level, Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), also called Altitude Sickness is the biggest health risk to tourists in Tibet. Lhasa sits at a heady 3,650 meters (11,500 feet), and it is one of the lower altitude destinations in Tibet. We suggest prepare far enough in advance before the trip by some aerobic exercise and a thorough physical examination is necessary.
